Stainless Steel Screw Type Injector (12020)
Screw-type, polished stainless steel windshield repair injector (non spring-loaded). Polished Stainless Steel construction makes it fast, smooth, durable, and easy to clean.
The I-100S injector is a robust and refined tool that is virtually "bullet proof" and has 7 important features:
- Larger cylinder opening allows (eye droppers) to be fully inserted, resulting in less resin waste (no loss in the threads), minimizes clean up, and assures that the seal is filled with resin.
- The I-100S injector is manufactured from stainless steel then polished on all surfaces. The polished stainless steel provides for smoother operation.
- Tooling has been improved to provide superior fit and function.
- Knurling has been retained in key grip areas, but is less pronounced for improved comfort.
- Minimal threads on the outside of the cylinder make for fast insertion and removal from the bridge base.
- Minimal threads on the outer piston and inner cylinder make for fast operation and less resin waste.
- The I-100S uses the 12210 molded end seals. In addition, the I-100S will fit all Delta Kits bridges.
